We will prepare a professional design documentation, which will not only illustrate the concept, but also allow for a proper execution of all phases of the project – from irrigation systems to plants and outdoor structures.

OUR DESIGN SERVICES

SITE INVENTORY

is the first stage of the design work. The inventory’s results allow us to develop a custom-made project of your garden. At this phase, we take measurements of all the elements onsite. This data helps us to prepare documents, required for the next stage of the design process.

02.

CONCEPT DRAWING

is presented in a sketch form, which shows the functional division of the area as well as the location of proposed elements and plants’ selection. It helps to verify if the client’s expectations are well understood, while applying the solutions that are dictated by natural conditions, location of the garden, sun exposure, style of the architecture, etc. The concept drawing is created after the first client meeting and site visit.

03.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

includes all the important aspects of the project, that are difficult to be presented in a graphic way on a plan. The description contains, among others, the substantiation of the concept, a list of proposed elements, essential information about the maintenance of proposed plants or exploitation of irrigation system. Depending on the agreed scope of work, the description may present pictures of suggested furniture, proposed types of pavement, light fixtures, as well as playground equipment or pergolas.

DETAILED PLANT LIST

contains the inventory of proposed species of plants used in the project.

Concept project contains a plan legend, that explains the graphic symbols used on the project, as well as photos of proposed plants, that help the Investor to visualize the plant composition designed for his garden. Moreover, the colors of plant symbols used on the concept project express the color palette that will dominate in the designed space.  

Technical drawing consists of a plan legend, explaining the graphic symbols used on the project, dimensioning of essential elements, detailed layout of the plants with their quantities, hardscape, light fixtures and location of outdoor structures. Technical drawing shows information necessary for project execution.

Construction detail sketch of an outdoor structure can present more simple constructions of a bench or a vine trellis, as well as more complicated structures like an arbour or a pergola. An executive project, containing selection and specifications of selected materials, should be prepared by a professional specialized in this field.
Visualizations are presenting interesting views of specific parts of the designed garden. They allow to see the actual size of the plants and structures, their colors and fabrics. Thanks to renderings the Investor can really grasp an overview of the concept in the real space.
